It's totally fine to feel uncomfortable and just the perverted scenes for what they are. Some people may get defensive since they may take your negative reaction to those scenes as if those are your thoughts on the show as a whole, but just ignore them and keep doing your thing. A lot of the sexual scenes ARE for a reason, they just might not always be good ones. At the end of the day this story is about flawed people dealing with their issues. The story is being told from Araragi's perspective, a hormonal teenage boy, and it's not afraid of showing us that. Yes it is problematic from an adult's perspective in real life, but in the mindset of a teenage boy this isn't too out of the ordinary. Teenagers of both genders are sometimes attracted to members of the opposite sex that are outside of their proper age range, and they aren't always emotionally mature enough to realize that yet. Part of growing up IS reconciling with the fact that these natural inclinations are wrong, whether people want to acknowledge it or not. To me that is the intent behind these sorts of scenes, and as long as the story is showing us that these types of behaviors are in fact problematic (Araragi's self mockery after scuffling with Hachikuji, and Araragi feeling bad about making Sengoku cry after making comments on her body) and not actively glorifying them then it's passable in my book. But someone is well within their right to disagree and decide that they don't want to engage with such media. In Nadeko's case in particular there is a motley of reasons why she is nearly nude in this scene, primarily because she wants to reveal the nature of her "curse" but also because there is a part of her that wants to show off to the older boy she looks up to. This is why she asks a leading question and then gets overwhelmed emotionally afterwards, and why Kanbaru infers to Araragi that telling her he's "not attracted" to her could possibly be insulting. The correct answer would be something along the lines of "you are too young for me" and dodging the question altogether perhaps, but again Araragi is an awkward teenage boy.
