As for the voice changing that was when Jinshi went into town and Maomao had him drink some irritant. Yes, there is a season two coming! As of this point in time with the story, there is no confirmation that the baby swap took place. If the swap occurred and was hidden to the public, then Jinshi would be the son of the current emperor but everyone else would think he was the emperor's much younger brother. It would also appear that Jinshi doesn't know about it. Sorry, not going to spoil anything because it's too much fun watching you speculate!
