Somewhere within a Britannia base stationed on the Mainland of Japan, Currently known as 'Area Eleven', there walked Cornelia Li Britannia down the hallways leading to her designated ship. The woman had an all-business look on her face, remaining composed as always with her burgundy-colored royal uniform on. She had no time for wasting seeing as how her next mission was to purge a drug ring operating outside of the East China Sea, making trouble for her in the Japanese mainland by circulating the substance 'Refrain' through the Japanese people. Cornelia's indoctrinated Darwinism as well as her sense of superiority she had over the people they ruled over, made her seethe with disgust at the thought of that drug being spread out along with many others into Japan. As a royal member of the Imperial family and an Elite Soldier at that, it was duty to purge the drug ring once and for all.

"Lady Cornelia, I have received word from Pendragon that we are not to set off just yet." A voice broke the woman out of her thoughts and made her turn to see her ever-faithful subordinate Gilford bring up the tablet device he had in his hands.

"Hm? Why's that, Gilford? What reason would they have for delaying our mission at this time?" Cornelia asked, halting her walk and turning to see Gilford click on a few things on the tablet before bringing it up to her face in a professional manner.

"It appears they have assigned a High-Ranking Nobleman, a courtier if you will, to act as our advisor and coordinator in this operation. According to this young man's accomplishments, he has a very bloated history of achievements and expertise that could help us a great deal. Seeing as how relations with the Chinese Federation are at a boiling point, I suggest we not turn away any possible aid that could help us route out this drug operation for good." He explained and Cornelia grabbed the tablet from him, bringing it to her face with a grown sneer on her lips. She must've seen something she didn't like. "I should mention that this is a direct order from his Majesty; Emperor Charles Britannia."

"Tch! They're giving me an Honorary Britannian Noble to act as my advisor?! A filthy Eleven at that?! What is my father thinking by doing this?" She hissed, almost in a feral way that frightened some of her men save for Gilford and Dalton. Cornelia clutched the pad with increasing anger, inevitably calming down and nursing her brow in frustration before she pushed it back into her subordinate's hands. She turned on her heel and started heading back to the main conference room. "Come on, everyone. We'll have a slight delay to our scheduled take-off. We must meet our new 'Friend' and see if he pulls his weight in whatever contributions he can muster."

They started walking back with her, Gilford and Dalton both exchanged subtly nervous looks since they knew Cornelia was very spiteful of Elevens. The woman held them in absolute disdain just like her father and the entire Royal family.

'I don't care what that information says, even if his family has been supplying the Empire with Liquid Sakuradite all this time, they're still Japanese monkeys not worthy of nobility status. Gggrrr! However, my father and Schneizal seem to think very highly of this man. He better live up to the expectations his records set for him.' She mulled and eventually arrived back in the command room awaiting the arrival of 'Hyakki Kusakabe'.

Sitting cross-legged on a luxury leather coach within the meeting room, Cornelia looked across from her with disapproving eyes at the sight of her so-called 'Advisor' sitting nonchalantly on an opposing chair. Regarding looks, he had a fairly average appearance with dark spiky hair slicked back with some bangs slicked to the sides of her face, he had piercing blue eyes that looked at her inquisitively with an unreadable expression on his face. He was average height, yet had a fairy modest build inside of that formal royal business suit he was wearing. He looked like your everyday Britannian financial overseer, one you'd see in the mansion at any given time working on managing their treasury.

"Well then, I am glad you made it, Mister Kusakabe. I do hope the lodgings on my ship will be to your liking.  We are currently heading towards the East China sea for an operation to route out the Drug Smuggling Ring distributing Refrain. That'll be the last this substance sees the light of day in Area Eleven. The sooner I get back to fighting the Black Knights the better. I assume you've heard about them?" Cornelia asked, perking an eyebrow while she reached forward to grab her cup of tea and lift to her lips.

Even while seemingly peaceful right now, the woman felt there was something unusual about this young man. She had heard of his family history and how the Kusakabe House basically betrayed their countrymen in favor of Britannia when the war first began. Their supplying of Liquid Sakuradite was a boon in all of their military power and advancements in technology, but she was anxious about working with someone who was inherently a turncoat for their nation. Not only that, but she rather disliked Elevens in general, traitors on top of that.

'Yet I digress, I have to work with him in order to not only appease my father but also have him out of my hair once this operation is completed. I doubt he's good for anything other than filling up space. Upstart turncoat nobility like him is rarely good for anything at all.' She thought with disdain and heard the calming voice of Hyakki speak up.

"While I would be rooting for the Black Knights, as you'd likely assume since I'm Japanese, I'll remind you that our seeds were sowed long ago, Miss Cornelia. We have no lingering thoughts nor regrets in our family, we know what we are to everyone else. Lord knows I have faced a lot of discrimination and vitriol from both sides regardless of our standing and nobility. Nonetheless, I will perform to the best of my skills on this operation and help you achieve success. Make no mistake, I am not here to simply curry favor with the Emperor and Prince Schneizle. I have a job to do and I'll do it." He said, making Cornelia grunt with indifference at those seemingly empty words she assumed they were.

"Well, as they say, talk is cheap. Prove to me how good you are once we are landed and the operation begins. You'll have to impress me if you want to stay on board and in my good graces, Mister Kusakabe." Cornelia addressed with a bit of haughtiness in her voice rather than professionalism.

She saw Hyakki smirk at her and lift up his teacup to sip his own share of tea, seemingly indifferent to her attitude. That bugged her quite a bit.

'What is it with this man that just....irks me so?' Cornelia wondered and heard the PA system send out a notification alarm.

*Bleep bleep bleep!*

"Lady Cornelia, we are about to make landfall. It is time to prepare for the initial phase of our operation." Gilford's voice said over the PA system, making Cornelia look expectantly at Hyakki as he got up from the chair, putting down his teacup as he went.

"Alright then, let us begin, I'll be happy working with you on this, Lady Cornelia." Hyakki greeted with a confident smile as he shook  Cornelia's right hand, ignoring the forced look of discomfort on her face while they shook.

"Likewise." She mouthed, mentally thinking about how relieved she'll be to get rid of him once it is over.

Once Cornelia's team had landed with her usual legion of Glaston Knights, Hyakki remained on the ship giving instruction and pointing out any advantage they could find with ease. He coordinated with the skill and grace of an experienced tactician, not only pointing out various traps and enemies in hiding but also identifying key trading points as well as safe locations that this island had to offer their drug cartel. Needless to say, Gilford and the others were quite impressed by how well this man managed to coordinate them like a pro. Even Cornelia had to admit his skill was something to admire and respect, although she wouldn't' say it out loud and begrudgingly compliment the Japanese man. Still, she couldn't; help but feel as if he were similar to the infamous Zero of the Black Knights.

The Operation ended in less than a day and Cornelia and the others returned to the ship victorious in celebration.

'Hmm, I must admit, I may have been wrong about how useless that man is. He actually helped us achieve record time in completing an Operation as grand as this. He even pointed out many valuable assets hidden throughout the factory that we would've never noticed. I suppose congratulations are in order, I'll be sure to tell him as such when I meet with Kusakabe for debriefing.' Cornelia thought to herself after splitting off from her men when leaving the hangar bay.

She saw Gilford and Dalton both cheer with ever pleasant smiles on their faces, no doubt they'd go drinking themselves into a stupor back in the barracks since this was a record-breaking achievement on their end. The success here would curry magnificent favor from her father and maybe help them get more funding and soldiers to better fight the Black Knights.

As much as Cornelia wished to see Gilford, of all people, get drunk and act like a hooligan, she needed to let a few things off her chest in her meeting with Hiyakki Kusakabe. She took a hard left down the hallway and arrived at the special meeting room parlor where he was waiting. Sliding down her card key she arrived inside to see the man waiting patiently at a table nearby.

"Ah, Lady Cornelia, I'm glad to see you returned from the operation unharmed and without a scratch." Hiyakki greeted and Cnorenlia nodded politely before sitting herself down across from him.

"It's all thanks to you, Mister Kusakabe. Your expertise commanding the field and identifying various means of escape, as well as extensive supply routes, has been a great boon to all of us. Honestly, I don't think either of my men would've noticed were it not for you. I...suppose I was wrong about you." She began and noticed something strange going on with his left eye.

Cornelia thought nothing of it at first, believing her mind to be playing tricks on her. She continued speaking and felt rather humbled in offering her thanks to an Eleven.

"Oh? Had a hardship first impression of me, I take it? You really wouldn't be the first, you know." Hiyakki smiled, earning a very slight laugh from Cornelia.

"I suppose so, you've had to prove yourself through many trials and....*Notices his left eye flickering again*...tribulations, yes?" Cornelia asked, feeling some kind of strange phantom sensation come over her body the moment Hiyakki's left eye started glowing in a strange color. 'N-no...this isn't right. Something's happening to me!'

The look of surprise and horror remained on Cornelia's face until her expression turned blank and became neutral. She saw Hiyakki chuckle evilly to himself as he stood up from his chair.

"Stand up for me, Cornelia." Hiyakki commanded in a rather firm voice, compelling her body to move without her command. She pushed back the chair and stood upright just like she was told.

'W-what have you done to me?!' Cornelia's mind screamed, her outside appearance remained ironically calm despite her mind being aware of her body suddenly turning into a puppet.

"You're probably thinking what I have done to you, correct? Well, take a good hard look at my eye, Princess Cornelia. This is what is called a 'Geass', a remarkable power given only to those that are considered worthy." He began and Cornelia listened in on this with seething rage being directed at him still. "This power is unlike anything you've seen before and it's been a great boon to me all my life ever since it was given to me. I can possess your body at will, make it my own personal puppet simply by staring you in the face when I activate it in my eye. You're helpless to disobey me now, even if you're unfortunately aware of everything going on. Your body won't obey you for as long as I will it."

'T-this...! This wretched power he has....how did he attain such a thing? Is this the reason he's had so much power and influence in the first place? I've read from his dossier that this man holds an enormous amount of sway over Birtannia's court system and has his hands in a few key cabinets of our government. Who is he?!' Cornelia thought and Hiyakki started casually walking around Cornelia's frozen body, observing it from every angle and admiring how full-figured and athletic she was.

"If you're wondering about the 'Who' or the 'Where' I got this power from. Let's just say I am part of a special cult that creates Geass in other people. 'She's definitely cursing me out, I can tell. Welp, better put on the transmitter, can't take any chances with a beast like her after all.' Hiyakki drew back and pulled something out from his pocket, revealing to Cornelia a pair of unusual earrings colored in bright green and light red gems.

They were honestly a beautiful pair of jewelry, even if Cornelia wasn't the girly type to care about looks, she still admired them, but she did notice how they were faintly glowing just like his eyes were right now.

"This is just a precaution in case you get within a hundred feet away from me on any given occasion. With these beauties attached to your ears, you'll be obeying my commands no matter what for the rest of your life." He explained then attached each to her earlobes, amplifying the effect of his Geass and making Cornelia want to pull out her gun and shoot her own brains out rather than submit to this man.

'It feels like my body was just disconnected completely from my mind, I can only observe everything as though I were a mere passenger.' She thought, feeling despair creep into her mind.

"Well, now that we got the pre-engagements out the way, onto the most special one." Hiyakki said as he reached into his back pocket to fish out what looked to be a small engagement box. He got down on one knee and opened it up, baffling the woman completely as he showed her a lovely engagement ring crafted with the finest of silken metal as well as housing a gem made out of Liquid Sakuradite inside.

'What...is...this?' She thought and saw the Japanese man smile slowly as he proposed.

"Cornelia Li Britannia, you'll make me a happy man as my wife. Take my ring and put it over your right ring finger, if you will." He said softly, giving his command to the Geass'd body of Cornelia.

She reached into his hand and gently plucked the ring from its case before removing one of her gloves and slipping it over the designated ring finger as per instruction.

'D-did this fool just force me to marry him?! This is outrageous! I wouldn't dare consent to such a thing, not even my father would.....!' She paused in thought and saw a sly smile stretch onto Hiyakki's face as he stood up. He took both of Cornelia's hands into his hands and clutched them fondly as though she willingly accepted his engagement.

"Ah, thank you for agreeing to marry me. I know that you're probably really fuming with rage right at this point, so I'll just skip straight to the bombshell of truth I had planned to tell you later. You see, I have the full consent and right to take you as my wife, as per the agreement between Charles, myself, and the Prime Minister." He revealed, shocking Cornelia to her very core as she felt the soul drain out of her body at this news.

'.....what did he say?'

"Allow me to explain, I'm sure you're already familiar with how your father doesn't view his children as anything but political tools to further his gain. He has allowed me to marry into the Royal family as a reward for all my hard work for the Geass Cult. I've located thought elevators all over the world for him, you have no idea how valuable those are to his plans. And furthermore, your brother Prince Schneizel was all too happy to have a supposed rival for the throne knocked down a peg. Apparently a lot of your siblings truly don't like you." Hiyakki revealed, making Cornelia internally feel like her heart had been ripped out and the soul wither at the shocking revelation that she had been sold away by her father and her brother.

She thought nothing and simply lost her willpower to resist, feeling the sensation of Hikyakki's hand cupping her face gently with a smile.

"I know this truth must've hurt you a lot. Trust me, I know, but we're going to have this conversation continued in your bedroom.
