38:30 Chillih mentioned effort and love being put into this production. That basically describes Kyoto Animation. They are unlike most other production companies. Their workers are salaried and trained in house while other production companies use freelance animators. They also focus on quality over production quotas. So while they do not have many productions, the ones they have produced are very beautiful. If you get a chance, I would highly recommend A Silent Voice. An anime film made by KyoAni. As for the next episode 5, I'm issuing a tissue alert rank C, mild to no need for tissues.
