Some other shows I think youโd enjoy are Steins; Gate, Violet Evergarden, Mushoku Tensei, and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. I was going to suggest AOT but realized youโve seen it already while listening to your Frieren discussions haha

If you like Rom-Coms Kagyua Sama Love is War After the 3rd season it became my favorite anime ever made. 3 more gems in this category are -Horimiya -My Dress up Darling -Dangers in My Heart Fantacy/Isakai -That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime -Sword Art Online -MushOku Tensi -Goblin Slayer -Black Clover
