Back At Work Thoughts
Added 2025-02-27 11:45:50 +0000 UTCI like to keep y'all updated with my thought process so that you know what to expect. Now that I've had that week break and have returned to work, I've been doing some thinking~
RETURN CHECK IN
I really enjoyed making the previous check in with Niall, and I think it would be a nice audio to get the ball rolling again with content. I've decided on a check in with Elias because it's been a long time since we've seen his canon story. Production is still halted for him, but I'm going to actively work on it because I hate him being in stasis.
XANTHUS' STORY
I now understand the reason why I was so stuck with Xanthus' story; I didn't know enough of the world to make the right character decisions. Because I'm dealing with my own vampires with their own lore, limitations, rules, and powers, I needed to detail what I could and couldn't do moving forward. I think I'm at a place now where I can finish the story in a satisfying way.
However, what I'm thinking of doing is to not release any Xanthus episodes until the rest of the story is written. We're at the climax now, where all things come to a head and all the puzzle pieces fit together. I want to make sure I'm proud of it all before uploading anything. His story was never meant to be this grand, but I want to do it justice nevertheless.
THE NEXT AUDIO?
I'm honestly not sure what the next public one will be. Currently I need to write 4 scripts, and excluding the sleep aid, the rest have a cast. It may be the case like before where I work on a couple audios at once and they're uploaded in quick succession, but I'll keep you updated on that.

2025-02-27 21:18:16 +0000 UTCi’m happy that you figured out why writing Xanthus’ story was so difficult and while he was initially my favorite and got me into your audios, I also think that waiting a while longer for his story to finish sounds perfectly fine <3 while we wait for more of his story, I’m excited to see more of everyone else in the meantime,,, like Leigh and Zaros who I’ve grown attached to,,, Anyway thanks for the update as always!
