I hope you have all had a wonderful May! I need to make some important announcements before the month ends, so let's go!
ISAAC NSFW LINES RECORDED
Last week, I was finally able to record Isaac's lines for the NSFW portion of his finale. The stars aligned for me that day, so they are now safe and sound, and ready to be edited. I don't know when these parts will be out, but know that it will be in time.
MAJOR REDUCTION IN NSFW AUDIOS
I have decided that I will no longer guarantee NSFW finales or episodes of any Sakuverse characters. This has been on my mind for some time; though I know many patrons love those additions and look forward to them, I don't want to promise any kind of NSFW work when many factors have to sync up in order for me to get it done in the first place. Additionally, they take a lot out of me, and I don't really like doing them and/or shoehorning it into stories.
Patreon versions for audios will continue (as I have been doing with Asirel), and I'd like to experiment with that more in future so you will get the more authentic version of the Sakuverse characters. But having to think about sex scenes honestly stresses me out, and I don't want them to be an expectation.
JUNE HIATUS
These last couple of months have been extremely hard for me. I've been struggling with many things, and I need a break from audios. I've been doing this for 4 years and have yet to actually take a planned break--not including when I'm sick and physically/mentally can't work.
After the 1st of June, I won't be posting any audios for the month. Because of this, I intend to make June a free Patreon month for all of you, and I shall also keep you updated with what I'm doing. I doubt I'll be able to stay away from work completely, so I'll keep you all in the loop.
It was a difficult choice to make, but if I keep this up, I will completely burn out. However, I won't disappear completely; my focus will shift to streaming on Twitch, as well as working on my own personal projects that I've neglected. I'll use this month to readjust my work and personal life, and I hope I'll come back rejuvenated and ready to create. I don't want to make half-assed productions to fill a quota because quality and care mean everything to me, and I need to be satisfied with any kind of project before publishing it. In my current state, I know I can't give that.
I'd like to thank you all for supporting me as much as you have. Words will never be enough to convey what I feel, but I truly would not be able to experiment, and create, and do what I do if not for you. I've been able to craft so much, and knowing that you eagerly await next episodes, or updates, or lore is incredible to me. Sometimes it doesn't feel real. Regardless, I'm grateful to each and every one of you for your understanding.

2024-05-28 17:01:25 +0000 UTCi mostly got patreon just to show extra support and take a peek at your writing process, since i've thought about writing scripts for a while now, so the NSFW audios were actually a shock to me when i first joined 😂 but do what makes you feel best, and also do what you feel is best for the stories you're trying to tell. it's not a make or break kinda deal with me 😊 plus i just like having early access to stuff since i'm impatient 🤭 i think of creativity as a muscle, and i always emphasis rest and relaxation, like you would with any other muscle you exercise. take good care of yourself, you've been churning out a LOT of amazing work and deserve the time off. 🙏🏾

I’m one of those fans who initially got Patreon for the spicy audios, but I get not enjoying making them anymore & how hard it is to have the ideal setup as well. Luckily I re-listen to all audios (both spicy & non-spicy) & love your characters. I came for the spice but I stayed for the community, bloopers & knowing more about the characters you’ve created. That being said, you say “major reduction in NSFW audios” so that means you’ll probably still make them but at a much lower scale than before, right? 3. Anyway, take care of yourself Saku! And hope you return refreshed at the end of your break, you deserve it! ❤️

NSFW portions of audios did interest me, and back then it was the reason I subscribed, but I have come to appreciate every single audio you make, so whether we’d rarely get NSFW portions from now, or never, even. About the NSFW audios, the reasoning for not guaranteeing them makes sense, as they're a whole different kind of worldbuilding than usual audios and I'm sure we'd all be looking forward to exclusive content nonetheless.
