I remember when I first created him to be a comfort character due to the listener's fear of storms, and since, he's continued that! As much as I like to add realism to characters, at the base of the community are characters like Matias who serve the purpose of bringing calm to those who listen to him.
I'd like to add much more story to him, but sometimes, there's never a need to~
