Chrom (Exalt)

To the people who said Chrom had not a lot of mods, well, hopefully this is a good one!
I even added a new hair piece that is actually sculpted, instead of the ugly 2D texture one in the base game.
Finally, this mod is a collab between another modder and myself. As such, I don't know how the result would end up available, so stick around if your really fancy this one.
