News From the Six Realms #95 - Mayday, Mayday

Going to be a relatively quick one today as release is fast approaching, but there's a few things to get through, so lets get straight to it.
First up, I'm pushing the release back from the 25th to the 31st. Sommy is in the middle of moving house, and I wanted to give him a bit of a cushion for finishing the art in case it caused a lot of disruption. On top of that, due to a number of writers having issues, only Rein has confirmed that he will be submitting anything for this release, which means I'm going to have to try and make up the shortfall somewhat myself. This isn't exactly ideal at this stage of development, but there is not much to be done about it. I am aiming to finish off the Zii-Zii path for the Blackholt arc (wedding, and post-wedding scene) as well as add the missing Rowan and Whitescar scene to the last fey event (as it has been a while since we've had a gay scene). I assume Rein will be continuing his work on Astarte.
Next, we will be adding all the mechanical changes to the next release that Jr. X has been working on for the past few months, including a number of balancing and QoL changes. This does mean that from the next save onwards, old saves will no longer work. Once I've finished writing this post, I will upload a build for backers to help test for those who have the time and want to help.
That's all for today, as I have to get back to work; lots to do and not enough time to do it. I'll also start posting the sketches for the backers today, so keep an eye out for those, especially if you like goblins. :)
