News From the Six Realms #94 - March Madness

Just going to be a quick one today, as it is sneaking closer and closer to release, but I wanted to let you all know what was going on. Starting with the last release, it got out on time, and we even added a few more QoL changes for the Steam update, which will be in the next backer release as well.
Before we discuss the release though, I do have one important thing to discuss: a price increase. Since we started the game, we have never increased prices (except raising the $1 level to $3) but in the eight years since then, there's been a lot of inflation, and I'm paying staff more. In order to make the game sustainable I will be raising all levels except the lowest tier by $2 once Act I is finished. I wanted to make the announcement now since it gives everyone plenty of notice, and also, it will only apply to new pledges and not current backers.
Moving on to the backer release, it is well underway. Now I've finished the Andras events, I'm switching over to help out on the stalled goblin arc, starting with Zii events for this month's release. DM is still working on the next Che-Lin one and hopefully he will have that done by the end of the month too. Gern is still working on Jezera based content and has finished the next event for the Jezera NTR arc, and if he has time he'll also be turning in the final Jezera favour event as well. Nyx as usual is working on Helayna and we will have some new content for her as well. Art wise, I have the first half of the release's CGs which the backers have seen, and I'll start sharing the sketches from this month's commission list after I finish this post.
As a few people have mentioned it to me, we are working on bringing the replay gallery up to date. Unfortunately, the person who maintained it for us has gotten too busy to do so (and we are very grateful for the work he did to this point), but Jr. X is taking over and it should hopefully be back to the previous state soon.
That's all for today. As usual, the release date for the next version is the final Sunday of the month, which is the 30th.
