Update Release

Unfortunately due to my situation, I'm having to move this week. I have somewhere else to go so not a problem on that front, but I will lose a lot of time which makes it impossible to get this release out by Sunday. As a result, I will be pushing this one to the 30th (at the latest, but it may be a little earlier if I can get it done).
In addition, there'll be no News from the Six Realms (I haven't got much to talk about anyway) for this month, and no poll (as it is pretty much depleted, so it makes sense to give it a month off).
