I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but, looking at the art, this is no way to get anyone pregnant... On serious note though, Andras will never impregnate Alexia, and that is for two reasons - first of all, it would create an unsustainable divergence in the story depending on player choices, therefore making it unfeasible in game development point of view. Secondly, according to the game lore, demons have notoriously difficult time impregnating humans, it would need almost a miracle and, more importantly, true love, which is not what one would describe the relationship between Alexia and Andras is about. Now, I would presume, there are some pregnancy options in the game, which would not break the development nor the immersion - Alexia could get pregnant, but only by Rowan, Cla Min could get pregnant by Rowan, but it has been hinted, that the child would look pretty much like any goblinoid and could be explained away. However, there is one interesting option I have not been able to entirely discount - X'zaratl impregnated by Rowan. I mean, X'zaratl is, as Alexia put it, a sex demon, so her possible ulterior motives in helping Alexia and Rowan can not be entirely disregarded. So, I propose, X'zaratl is helping the couple out to wiggle her way into the relationship and, in essence, through Alexia, becoming Rowan's proxy lover and therefore opening a possibility for her being impregnated by him. Secondly, X'zaratl's path is not NTR, so that would make it easier for developers and I mean, you do know the golden rule of developers - keep it simple, stupid. Pregnant X'zaratl could easily disappear from the game in Act II or III and her and Rowans love child could make a triumphant return as a new demon lord in SOC2 Act 1 to be published in 2089.

Actually there's a path with Rowan and Alexia trying to get pregnant via help from X'zaratl and a whole other path with help from Nasim. Make the right choices and Rowan absolutely goes to stuff a kid up in there. Plus some very cool rumors and plot around just WHY Rowan and Alexia don't seem to be making babies already.
