The Words of Winter (See What I Did There?)

Hey people. Winter here.

So, as the boss man told you guys, work is going well for the next update. We've been getting writing done for a release that we're expected to be slightly smaller than normal (considering just how much afterburner we expended in January) but, we're also furiously debating Act 2 Plans, The Plot, and Character Arcs to make sure everything is high quality.

But, that ain't why I asked the bossman to post this. Here's the dip.

About a year back, I made the (foolish) promise that if Seeds of Chaos crossed 8,500 and stayed there consistently, then I would write an (official) fan-fiction for the game. There was all the chaos about hop-scotching the line, and then came the Rastedel Finale. But, I am now officially out of excuses.

So. The Seeds of Chaos fan-fiction reward is a go.

Here's how it will work: We will make a special channel on the Patron side of our discord for people to discuss the contest and suggest pairings. On the 15th of March, we will make a list of all of the major suggestions for pairing and set-up for the fan-fiction and construct a poll for them. Then, the winner gets their fan-fiction scene as soon as I'm able to write it.

As stated before, this is non-cannon. So the options are twofold. To either see a pairing that you could not possibly see in the main game (Ulcro x Jezera? Village Elder x Mary?) or to see a set-up that we can't put into the main game without derailing the plot or creating some giant ass branch (Andras NTRs Liurial?)

To conclude, I will start for the record that this was a horrible idea that will end in disaster. Let my suffering commence!
