Here's the last of the new characters to get sprites this month, here's Winter as usual to introduce her:

"To continue the Rastedel welcome party, let me introduce you to the latest actor on the stage.

In every state that functions there is a bureaucracy. The functionaries who spend their lives, taking notes, communicating between departments, and generally doing the legwork of getting shit done. Lady Patricia Crevette is the bureaucracy of Rastedel. Or as close to it as a single woman can be.

But, being indispensable doesn't always mean being powerful. You're going to get a chance to see soon that Patricia hasn't done a great job making herself loved by the current powers that be in the capital. So even a minister might find herself allied with the powerful factions dancing around one another in Rastedel.

What role will she play in the events of Rastedel? Will anything lewd happen to her before the quest is done?
