Let's do some 'Freaky Stories' revisiting, with Ann Marie and her weight-loss obssession, leading her to the over-consumption of those funny-looking black market pills that will lead her to win the beauty pageant, only to start blowing up like a water blimp once she is offered a simple glass of water on stage!!!
As to who will replace the toon Ann Marie to a real-life looking one, here are your options :
1. A similarly looking Ann Marie girl (red-hair, one piece dark red dress, etc. )
2. A more dumb-bimbo looking Ann Marie (blonde-hair, pastel pink colors of clothes, etc.)
3. A goth version of Ann Marie (black hair, dark make-up, black clothes, spikes, belts, etc.)
4. An African American version of the first Ann Marie (red-hair, possibly dreadlocks, one piece dark red dress, etc. )
