Coverage at Lewdgame and a word about artists

One of the concerns in the article is about the change in artists for the adult content, and I'd just like to say a little about that here. I would like nothing more to be able to use the same artist for sex scenes, but it just isn't practical for a number of reasons.
First, finding an artist willing to draw anything is very difficult; most people who do straight stuff don't want to do (male) gay scenes to start with, and even if they do they might be uncomfortable doing all kinks. momdadno, for example, who did the scene currently in the game, isn't interested in drawing more than half the things on the kink list.
Secondly, there's availability, time, and cost issues. Most of the people you would want me to hire if I asked you are either very expensive, so successful they have their own patreons and don't do commissions, or waiting lists of at least a month. In addition, since most freelancers are working part time, it can take a few weeks to get a multiple CG sex scene done, and if we get to the point where a decent amount of money is coming in, I'd like to be able to give you guys more than one sex scene a month.
So in conclusion, finding an artist that is affordable, available, and willing to draw every kink in the game is a bit like finding a magical unicorn, and unfortunately my unicorn hunt has turned up dry. I will be trying to keep it as consistent as possible, for example, I will be hiring momdadno for every scene that he is willing to draw, and ideally, I'd like to use a core of two or three artists, but we'll have to wait to see how things shake out.
Anyway, nose back to the grindstone, this update isn't going to release itself. :)

It make sense and I agree that it's almost impossible to have only one artist to work on the whole project like that. The only concern is - if different artists will work on same character in different scenes and pictures, we can stop recognizing the character. Ideally would be good if one artist creates all in game graphics (sprites) and other one all erotic scenes. Which also might be not possible, because very few artists will draw all erotic variations. Then, what about this idea - some artists draw only backgrounds, others - characters. One artist per character in all scenes )) If the character participates in a scenes that artist doesn't want to draw, he can use placeholders (for BG and a second character). But I'm not sure how such pictures may look. Maybe they will look more like a vinegret (salad) of all different styles and shading techniques :D Other idea... One draws only sketches (it's easy and fast for most artists, as I know) and others - color them.
