The cover was bedazzled with neon, and "Bimbo Note" was written in bold letters. Curious, he opened it to find rules scribbled in bubbly handwriting:
1. Write someone's name, and they will turn into a lovable, clueless bimbo for 24 hours.
2. They will only revert if you feed them a donut.
Rick laughed at the absurdity. "Who comes up with this stuff?" But something inside him—a mix of boredom and mischief—made him want to try it out.
His first victim? His strict biology teacher, Ms. Stacey, who was infamous for her brutal assignments and unrelenting pop quizzes. With a smirk, Rick wrote: Ms. Stacey Hall!
