Since our boy Ikkyu is going to be the next Daimyo, is it right for him to allow the Uchiha massacre to happen? Which will only reduce the Land of Fire's power? Is it alright for him to let Danzo fuck around so much?
So, here are the options.
NOTE: In all choices other than CHOICE 1, Danzo will be exposed early.
Choice 1 - Ikkyu does nothing. Uchiha Clan dies.
Choice 2 - Ikkyu acts as a mediator between the Uchicha clan and the Hokage. Clarifying that the clan had nothing to do with the 9-tails attack.
Choice 3 - Ikkyu befriends Itachi. Brainwashes Itachi into becoming loyal to him instead. Makes Itachi kill his father and replace him as the head. Ikkyu gives full support.
Choice 4 - Fugaku Uchiha(head of the Uchiha clan), dies on the night of the 9-tails attack, protecting the village. The Uchiha Clan becomes a hero. Ikkyu supports. Itachi becomes the next leader under Ikkyu's tutorship.

..... Also Danzo's dirty laundry being aired out and having to deal with the fallout is always a good read. Makes so much room to do interesting stuff in.

2025-07-20 23:23:12 +0000 UTC4. The Uchiha as a resource are too much to pass up and I think Fugaku passing in such a way would do wonders to mend the rift between them and the village. Not that it would fix everything since you can be a hero and still not particularly well liked but it would be a big first step.

2025-07-20 23:19:49 +0000 UTCHere's the thing though fugaku wasn't the problem he just went with the will of his clan members who were a vast number who felt jaded about how the village treated them. Honestly all that hiruzen had to do was take Itachi on as his apprentice with it being widely known that he was going to be the next hokage and alot of the Uchiha clans anger would lose its steam
