This FAQ is designed to guide you through my work and my Patreon page. Please keep in mind that if new questions arise I'll keep updating this FAQ.

This might be a long read ^^' This post will be pinned and will be added to the welcome note.

Let's begin :D

0.5) I'm an Aeon or Shade member and I can't find the form request / compilation

For new members after you subscribe and for old members after you get billed for a new cycle, you'll receive a message that looks like this:

• First link: the members of this tiers will receive a link to a Google form for you to fill for your requests. Please fill it as soon as possible to have enough time to work on them before your next cycle starts. If you have any questions about how to fill the form let me know on dm :)

• Second link: the members of this tiers will receive a link to the monthly compilation animation available for the month(s) you subscribed. Remember to get the compilation before the date I sent you in the message because after that they won't be available and will be sold on the store (You can find how compilations work here https://www.patreon.com/posts/129077473?collection=1314467)

• For the record, this message will be sent once per cycle subscribed. If you're an old member please do not send the form before I send this message to you. (I need to verify that you got billed first)

• Here's a document with the rules (terms of service) of both tiers (you can also find the characters available):

1) I'm a new member, where are the links and passwords to access?

• You'll find the link to the archive in this posts:

  • If you're a Pathstrider ($4) member check this LINK to go to the archive with NO SOUND videos.

  • If you're an Archon ($6) , Shade ($10) or Aeon ($15) member check this LINK to go to the archive with SOUND & NO SOUND videos.

• If you're a Archon or Pathstrider member the password to access will be sent to your private message.

• If you're an Aeon or Shade member the password to access will be sent on the Aeon's VVIP Chat or Shade's VIP Chat respectively.

2) How do I find especific animations for the new ones everyday ?

On Mega

• Every post has the name of the animation posted (the old ones on the comments and the new ones on the description of the publication) you can copy that name and paste it on the search bar on Mega.

  

• Also all animations are ordered by game folder and inside of them the name of the ship or characters involved in the animation (Ex: "Beiguang" or in cases of Wuwa "Carlotta+Rover") You can also find animations for specific ships or characters that way :)

On Patreon:

• I use 3 big folders: Sound, No Sound and Requests. But I also use tags in every publication so If you want to find an specific ship/character within the mentioned collections you can use that.

3) I can't watch videos, after downloading I get error messages or the files are unsupported

• I've been trying to search for information about this problem and I realize it might happen to some IOS users. If that happens (acording to my research) might be due the Mega App on IOS devices not always working properly, so what you can do is download the videos and then use a third party app to watch them (such as VLC, Mx Player, etc) . Or instead of using the Mega App on IOS try using Mega on your browser.

• If the above point happens to you PLEASE send me details about the problem (device you're using, exact error message, are you trying to watch the video or download when the error happens, etc) be specific so I can help you more efficiently. If you have this problem and it takes a while for me to answer PLEASE be patient. I'm here to help you so don't think you'll be alone to work this thing alone.

4) I can't find the welcome note I can't find the patreon store discount code

• The welcome note will be visible on your membership tab unless you cancel your subscription (because you'll get a free member tag). Also you'll get your welcome note on your email. There's where you can get the code and the welcome greeting :)

• If you don't find the code anywhere don't hesitate to reach me I gladly send you the code again ^^

  

5) I can hear the sound on the videos but I can't watch them, they show black screen or pixels.

• I've made a research and this issue could arise if your device doesn't support 4k videos. For that I'm working right now to change the format from 4k to HD of every video that I've made. You can find more information about this change here https://www.patreon.com/posts/quick-heads-131716509

• If your device does support 4k and you still have this issue you can try a few things:

  • In Phones:

    • You can try downloading another video player such as VLC, MX Player, etc.

    • If the above point doesn't work out you can try disabling hardware accelaration in the video player you're using.

  • In PC:

    1. Ensure Codec Availability:

    • Many media players don't natively support all codecs. Install a codec pack like K-Lite Codec Pack or switch to a player with broader support, like VLC. 

    • For Linux, install openh264 and mozilla-openh264 or enable RPM Fusion. 

    • If using Firefox, check its plugin settings for openh264 and ensure it's enabled.

All images are from a browser on a PC. So some things may not appear on the Patreon App. Also I understand that you guys speak different languages so don't be shy and dm me if you have questions :)
