YO FOLKS~! Here's what we've been cookin' up this week!

We'll start off with a word from Vixel!

7/12 weekly report:

Finished scripting the Dustin Dash Challenge minigame demo and made new builds for patrons! I had to finish Dustin's attack choreography; handle endgame and scoring (Dustin has different post-game dialogue depending on your score!); import all the code from the minigame project into the main game (I've been developing the minigame in its own parallel project!); and write some new scripts to load the minigame & return to Central Forest. Then some spit and polish and testing for new bugs.

Also imported all the Act 2 capstone dialogue! The Act 2 capstone is a little story progression that helps draw a close to the second act and prepare for the third. Will be working on related scripting this week. This content will appear in the next build for yall to preview.

On my side, I've been hamming it up with some animation! I buckled down and pumped out the entire lines of the Oliver/Bucky animation :> I'll show some frames next week, for now, have a colored frame!

Yumb!

I still gotta get the color on all the rest of the frames. This workflow allows for a different delegation process, so I'm using this as another test for outside colorists :>

I've also gotten last month's poll all colored up! It's a date featuring Rascal/Dustin/Mabel, here's a sneak peek!

I've gotta write out the date still, but it'll be in this month's build!

Other then that, I'll be working on cleaning up some Dustin Attack Animations, and working on some more Act 3 assets. I'll prolly start the next animation too to keep up this animation momentum. The new workflow is great! 10/10! CSP even RECORDS IT. I have the full 48 frames of animation (the lines) in a timelapse that I can share later, it's crazy xD

OH AND UH. WE STARTED THE PROCESS TO GETTING OUR GAME ON STEAM ;o So that's exciting! We'll let ya guys know as soon as it has a landing page :>
