The tiebreaker got 24 votes and went as follows:
Rise and Naoto: 15 votes
Ann and Haru: 9 votes

Most of this term's work will be done in the second half of August due to me being away from my home computer. As a reminder for current patrons, billing will be paused in August starting on the 3rd, due to it having previously resumed on July 3rd. Daily art will continue during that time so I hope you enjoy that in the meantime!
