Like, currently red ones tend to lead to a bad end. That way those who are curious can see a brown text and they just mush that button down, while others know to gtfo cause shit's about to hit the... character :P

But it might be possible in this case since IF its implemented there will only be a handful of scenes. However, as the note suggests, it will always be obvious and have a warning. Just like bad endings have warnings, and how fart-stuff has warnings. But the fart-stuff isnt always obvious, this will literally only be found if you go looking around toilets for example. That kind of obvious.
