There is a handy guide in Discord (Silver+) for all kinds of things, and you can always ask in the help section there. Specifically on Cassius: Notice his shield and how it drops later on, focus on defence the first few turns and only start damaging him after his shield drops. Note that this fight was inteded for AT LEAST level 6 (But you can also grind up to 8 and get your final skill).
