Domination Desire Test Build V5 Second Iteration

I have updated the test version to fix some bugs and introduce some balance updates. From the first iteration the gameplay test, we established that the most powerful weapon type was the bow. In this iteration the early bow skills were nerfed and other weapon were boosted. The changelog of the second iteration for the test version can be found inside the archive.
