Developer Update #10

Hello everyone!

The time has come for another developer update. In this one I want to share with you the info on the content that will be included in the next update V4.5.

As I previously mentioned this update will focus on the already existing content and changes to various features. When in comes to content there will be some new battle scenes for Dryad, Succubus Pacifier, Fairy Vixen and Legion Mother. Apart from that I want to include some side character event scenes. Fairy Vixen will be getting a GTS phase of her fight similar to the Grovekeeper one. Screenshots included at the end of the post. I have also worked on redesigns for Astarte, Liliett and Nimardentia. While I like their current designs, I have realized that they are relatively simple and don't stand out as much as they should given their role in the story. Currently I have finished only Astarte and Liliett's designs. 

Given the models are very similar in shape to the original desings re-rendering existing scenes won't be a big hassle. It's something I want to do on the side as I don't want these re-designs to slow down update progress. Hope you like how they turned out.

Nemesis system will be undergoing a change that will affect enemy nemesis power progression with each battle won. Additionally, I'll continue to work on nemesis passives themselves. When it comes to the bestiary I have already written all entries and done renders for the feature. I also done some progress on compressing the game. I have used a .png to .webp conversion and managed to reduce the size of the image assets by roughly 80%. I still need to test that version of the game to see whether anything didn't break during the transition. 

In parallel of developing the game I have also made the move to a new machine that greatly expanded my capabilities when it comes to the rendering. This has took some time as I had to reinstall every tool and needed to make sure that everything runs as it should. Now I don't have to worry about denoising, optimizing textures and scenes themselves. Most important of all I can now render and develop the game at the same time without any issues. With this kind of setup I've been able to make some stuff that would probably be impossible to render on my previous PC. Here's a sample that I have managed to make from the assets I've already got on hand. 

These renders are a part of a small series of renders I want to do for each character that show a part of their story. What character would you like to see get one next?

Omg its looking so good! Cant wait for more pacifier content!! The ball smother is looking amazing 😍 could only imagine if that could happen when shrunken, just completely trapped by her balls!!
