Domination Desire: Banished patch v4.13

Today I'm dropping the v4.13 patch that fixes a good batch of bugs. It also introduces some adjustments to the content that was introduced in v4.1. List of the changes can be found inside the archive. Be sure to drop the patch inside the game folder overwriting the "www" folder. The patch does not require any of the previous v4+ patches, only the v4 version of the game.
