Konnachia! We're finally back after a rest week. Presenting you with something to help you when you're having a bad day. I always wanted to do some sort of meditation-ish and positive affirmation audio and I was excited to receive this fan request.
I can relate so much to this audio. If you're feeling sad, frustrated or overwhelmed, I think it's important and valid to feel what you feel currently. But at the end of the day, it's important to move your mind away from this momentarily. It's all about taking care of your mental too, you know. Then by tomorrow, you're ready to go through your day with a clear mind!
