Sketch - Some monster designs

I'm back from the dead, I was out of town for a few days visiting family (and cats) : P
I'm gonna be catching up again (haha yes all the time) to messages I haven't responded so I'm sorry if I made you feel ignored x_x) it's not my intention~!;
Anyway, some sketching fun. I wanted to ask you for your opinion, I'm trying to come up with a monster design that has to fit the concept of a.. sleeping giant, plus underwater features. (spoiler, think of the bermuda triangle, a monster that would be behind the legends of it). Which do you like better?

Oh these are sweet. I'm loving that first one. Number 6 is probably better suited to an underwater domain, though. I do also like 3, but it might contextually work better in a setting with advanced technology.

2017-09-18 01:58:39 +0000 UTC1 is my fav but doesn't really fit the underwater theme too much, 6 is my second fav but it comes across as a one eyed kraken which is just a giant squid/octopus, if you're open to change its design i'd suggest adding fingers or claws to the end of the tentacles i think o:
