Rika and Aimi Concept Art (NSFW)

Brad here! I wanted to post some of the concept art for Roshutsu created by Eva Viedma, aka XGreen (catch their twitter and instagram here!). Specifically, I wanted to showcase Rika and Aimi together! Though I wanted to show them both in their main outfit and naked, I also thought it was important to have a completely naked Rika next to fully-clothed Aimi. It's really the most canonical image of the set!

XGreen really nailed the feel of both of these characters. I added the dark background on the Rika/Aimi images to test a few things. For starters, Rika is mainly going to be sneaking throughout the game, so she needs to believably be able to blend into her environment when clothed, but not so much that she can't be seen at all. Of course, her pale skin gives her away in dark environments, adding to the vulnerability and "exposed" feeling. Aimi, on the other hand, is a bright ball of sunshine both in personality and in appearance. She needs to completely stick out in environments so you can easily see her. It's a fun contrast; Rika sneaks around to remain unseen, but Aimi puts herself out there specifically to be seen. XGreen captured these elements PERFECTLY! A huge success!

There's also a costume here that hasn't been added to the game yet: Rika's work uniform! Rika is a part-time convenience store employee during the day. Though she does her best, she's not entirely happy with her job and really just looks forward to coming home and taking that uniform off. Though perhaps the apron could be useful...

Edit: Oh, right! Pubes! Yeah, this version of Rika has pubes. Though they're not on her in-game model yet, we'd like Rika to start off with pubes in the game. Thanks to Aimi, Rika will be able to shave or change up their appearance later on, but we won't say how that comes about~
