Patreon Show Drops for the Week of August 25

Hey gang! Well, we are closing out the month of August with a jam-packed week. Let's see what all's dropping in the WHMu over the next few days:

First up tomorrow on WHM, it's our final Summer Live show of the season and we're releasing our show from December of last year in Boston where we were chatting about the classic rom-com, Pretty Woman! Unsurprisingly, this show went places, but most unexpectedly, an extended jag on the Netflix holiday film, Hot Frosty! This episode also starts out with a TRULY MASSIVE finale for the VHS Trailer Game to close out the season, and you do NOT want to miss that, folks. You can hear what all went down at that show, and the VHS Trailer Game finale, on here, AD-FREE at the $8 level & up!

Then on Wednesday, for the first time ever, we're opening The Shop here on Patreon and releasing something straight from The WHM Vault, our 2021 digital show on the totally embarrassing legacy sequel, Terminator: Dark Fate! When you pick up this shop item, you get the video from that night's show, a new intro recorded by us, and an .mp3 of the show that you can take on the go! Arnold impressions, embarrassing personal stories, filthy jokes, it's all here, gang. You're gonna want to revisit this one, or hit it up for the first time for sure!

But we're not stopping there, folks! On Thursday, we're getting to a really popular chapter of our Star Wars Gleep Glossary, that's right, we're learning all about Mr. Double-sided Lightsaber himself, Darth Maul this month! And remember, we're reading from the Good Book, the "Star Wars Essential Guide to Characters," so this is EU territory--no spider legs here! And finally, Friday we close out the month with our Star Trek recap show, The Nexus, where this month, we're talking about two pretty solid (surprisingly, given the circumstances) episodes of Trek! On TOSTAS it's "The Time Trap," where the Enterprise crew have to work alongside Klingons to free themselves from a Time & Space dead zone. And the TNG is the surprisingly good, especially for a Lwaxana Troi episode, "Half a Life." This episode is bolstered, inarguably, by the fantastic guest spot by the great David Ogden Stiers. You can hear us hilariously dissect these episodes on here at the $8 level & up!
