Patreon Show Drops for the Week of April 28
Added 2025-04-28 10:00:17 +0000 UTCHowdy, gang! Hope everyone had a great weekend. See anything solid at the movies? Or watch something rad from home? Whatever the case, we hope it was a great time. We've got a couple most-excellent shows dropping this week, so let's see what's cracking in the WHMu:
First up, tomorrow on WHM, we welcome back long-time friend of the show, Angelica Jade Bastién to chat about that mid-90's teen witch classic, The Craft! As Angelica puts it on the episode, we needed to get a real witch on the show to chat about this one! Happy to say, the flick holds up nicely! Check out our great talk on here AD-FREE at the $8 level and up!

And then on Thursday, we're not wasting any time kicking off the Patreon offerings for May as we present a most excellent (and hilarious) We ❤️ Movies conversation around one of our franchise faves, Mission: Impossible - Fallout! That's right, we're going back to clown around with Ethan, Benji, Luther, Ilsa, and the rest of the M:I gang as we chat about this real-deal action/adventure picture. You can catch the whole episode on here at the $5 level & up!

And that's gonna do it for this week, y'all! We're absolutely pumped about this month of programming—be sure to check the Big Daddy Dispatch when it's released for the full schedule of shows we're putting out this month.
Just another reminder that there's no OSL today. The show will be back Monday, May 19th!
We hope your Monday is starting off beautifully and as always, we thank you all so much for continuing to be the totally bad-ass supporters you all are—you make this happen!
Take it easy,
Andrew, Chris, Eric & Steve

I hope when Andrew and Steve recap Andor, they mention that the guy who plays Carro Ryan's is Richard Sammel, the guy who plays Sgt. Rachtman in Inglourious Basterds! (The nazi that gets his skull cracked by the Bear Jew because he wouldn't talk.)

2025-04-30 10:27:06 +0000 UTCM:I Fallout is one HECK of a WLM. I remember seeing it opening weekend in IMAX and was stunned and totally on the edge of my seat. I was thinking I wasn't going to rewatch the movies before the new one but now I probably/definitely am, lmao.

2025-04-28 18:07:07 +0000 UTCIs The Craft the one with the line, "stiff as a board light as a feather"? Haven't seen it since it first came out video and all I remember is that it sucked balls.

2025-04-28 15:24:06 +0000 UTCI had to keep googling which one was next in my rewatch, after 3. Very annoying! 🙂

2025-04-28 14:44:18 +0000 UTCI watched The Craft last year and it is a really enjoyable movie. It seems like it would have been a lot of fun in the theater. Great cast, too.

2025-04-28 14:12:52 +0000 UTCHell yea! Fallout is my favorite Mission: Impossible film and one of my favorite films from the last half decade or so. I can't wait to hear Eric's potty humor during the bathroom fight

2025-04-28 13:21:47 +0000 UTCHell yeah let's get Crafty. There is no series that would benefit more from The Stephen Sadjak Sequel Legislation than Mission Impossible. You started out with numbers, then you stopped, Tom. Downright Criminal.

2025-04-28 13:15:48 +0000 UTCGreat to see Angelica Jade back on the pod, she's the patron saint of 90s teen cinema around these parts.

2025-04-28 12:35:42 +0000 UTCJumping from 1 and 2 straight to Fallout, guess I really gotta hurry up on my series rewatch.
