In the early years, I know you only had 3 mics, but there was a period of about 2 years from 2015 - 2017ish when Chris Cabin was completely absent. I think maybe you mentioned he moved out of state or something? Can you give more details on what happened to Chris during that time? Thanks, Craig from Fox Island, WA

I think the big issue with Smith's movies is that they're too talky to work as episodes - not only is there not enough plot or action for WHM to riff on, but the characters are already providing their own non-stop jokes and commentary. Even a relatively serious film like Red State is too flat to warrant an entire episode.

I think I read somewhere that James Gunn's going to eventually make a Batman film as part of his new DCU, and it's going to be possibly an older Batman with a possible Bat-Family in it and a focus on Robin or Nightwing. I could also have just imagined this. But if this scenario, imaginary or otherwise, who do you all think would make a good Batman, an older Batman who's been through the wars. He's still able to Batman, he's just older and wiser. And in a similar vein, who could play Nightwing? What about a DKR Batman - who could play that older Batman coming out of retirement for one last war? Thanks, Ailin and Julie Belfast Ireland

Why haven't you done an episode on a Kevin Smith movie? It seems like there is a lot of good material there. Is it just something you've never gotten around to yet? Are you all fans? Is it because you dont want to offend a fellow Podcaster? (just kidding with that last one) Just wondering if it's a choice or the fact that there's a lot of movies out there. Love the show! Following the passing of David Lynch, I started watching his movies, and experienced Lost Highway for the first time. 40 minutes after the movie, I was trying to figure out if I understood it. Hey guys. Looking forward to the six shows in Oxford this July, plus, your amazing British impressions!! Have you guys seen or heard of the film Blackbird? It stars Michael Flatley, the guy from the Riverdance that everyone’s gran loved in the nineties. He also wrote, directed, and I think, produced it. It’s a total vanity project, and wants to be Bond come Casablanca. It’s hilariously bad. But, Eric Roberts plays the bad guy, so it’s extremely watchable. All the best Corey Leicester UK
