You could make a whole month celebrating women in comedy with this, Working Girl, Death Becomes Her, Outrageous Fortune, 9 to 5, Troop Beverly Hills, etc.! Plus, Aiden Quinn in this film is perfect boyfriend material: he's got a killer record collection, a cat that he snuggles with on his hammock while thinking about the girl that got away, he works as a movie projectionist at a vintage movie theatre and lives above a Chinese restaurant, so you're probably eating Chinese food all the time! They’re not graphic but they definitely push the Hayes Code to the limit. You get throats slit, people fed to incinerators alive, and all sorts of child endangerment. They’re also barely an hour long

All the toys in the line had info on the character and noted attributes etc. The Tramp had be attribute that said “He Stinks” or Smells Bad. That’s what pissed everybody off. Side memory of the marketing of this movie: I was 5 in the summer of 90 and I vividly remember the McDonalds tie in, n which random employees were wearing yellow fedoras. That stands out to me more than any other movie tie in. Love the episode! Thanks for the laughs 👍🏻🫡

My mom HATES this movie because she worked at McDonald's when this movie came out and the ad campain was everywhere for what seemed like forever. She said it was the most obnoxious ad campain she ever had to deal with and she hated having to decorate her store for it.
