How thrilling is it to have such a "small" story for this film, a welcomed shift from all the universe-ending Avengers-related stuff? Is the Air Force One rescue scene the best Iron Man action sequence we've seen to date? And wow, did we really need to see how much of a cokehead Happy Hogan was circa Y2K? PLUS: The Mandarin demands world governments bring back cancelled TV shows he liked!

I can see the point of this movie decides to do its own thing. This movie also may have that issue that they don’t like. I think this movie decided to go off and at this point people wanted more. Now people such as myself are over it. So this one might be a good watch now.

2022-07-09 18:51:12 +0000 UTCThe MCU is more racy than you guys make it out to be, in Endgame they had a character named Noobmaster69 and in Thor love and thunder they’re many talks of having orgies. Unfortunately like Iron Man 3, Thor love and thunder is ruined by inserting children into the mix because the MCU feels they have to appeal to kids by inserting kids unnecessarily into a plot that otherwise would be pretty adult.

He was fuming, steam pouring out of his ears with how much the Mandarin was such an American stereotype of a terrorist, livid at how formulaic the Asian portrayal was and he was ready to walk out. The reveal of Trevor in an instant made it his favourite MCU film and he utterly loves the movie now.

It’s not the fault of anyone involved—I’d pin the blame on whoever handled continuity from this entry to AOU. It’s just whiplash to go from where Tony ends in this movie to the beginning of AOU—back in the suit as if nothing had happened. I’m sure the boys would tear me a new one for it, but I really did like how the first batch through Avengers had a momentum that built off of each separate solo film into something bigger.
