Jackassmentary

On this very special WHM commentary, the guys tackle their first non-fiction feature with a re-watch of the incredible (most of it still holds up), unrated edition of Jackass: The Movie! Squirm along with the gang as they endure scenes of extreme paper cuts, electrocuted taints, public diarrhea, ass bottle rockets, bedroom fireworks, nipple-hungry alligators, beanbag gun gut-busters, and one Micro Machine (along with one poor radiologist) that will never, ever be the same again.

Jackass: The Movie stars Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Chris Pontius, Steve-O, Ryan Dunn, Jason 'Wee Man' Acuña, Preston Lacy, Dave England, Ehren McGhehey, Brandon DiCamillo, April Margera, and Phil Margera; directed by Jeff Tremaine.

For those who need to stop or restart the commentary sync, remember we're watching the unrated version of the film that runs 1:28:15, and our commentary itself starts at the 4:40 mark of this track.

Thank you for continuing to support our Patreon—we couldn't do this without you!

Might just be nostalgia on my part but WildBoyz is definitely worth checking out if you have time to kill. Globetrotting animal shenanigans combined with Steve-O and Pontius’ disregard for their own well being. For Steve (not that you could possibly care 4 years later) but the wacky races part of Jackass was a season 3 episode where they competed in the Gumball 3000 in the UK. Also worth a watch. Thanks for the commentary, dudes, always fun watching along.

Dylan

A couple weeks late but the unrated version is available to rent from Windows Store. AFAIK this is the only place to get it aside from physical media.

Shane Brierly

this really sucks you picked a version that isn't available why can't you just stream so the rest of us can watch along this really sucks ass

robg

Do Jackass 2 and 3 😁 this was fantastic.

Zane Magers

Some of my best laughs from the podcast with this commentary. I would love to see the rest of the movies done like this and I agree with the video aspect I've seen other people bring up, seeing you guys cringing would be even more hilarious!

Ben Harju

I'm just going to put it out there, I would pay some sort of extra money than I already do to get more commentaries possibly more often.

Ray

I found it on Microsoft

Clifton Jewett

There is another Jackass out end of the year.. i'd love them to do all 4

Bobthemime

We really need a commentary with a video component for any further Jackass endeavors PLEASE

Chris M.

Experience and experimental. But I'd rather real movies. I also had trouble with sync issues. Couldn't find the unrated

Elliott Tipton

Thank you, Mr. Cabin. Can you please point me in the direction of the petition for you to do Jackass Number Two and Jackass 3-D. I'm picturing the one where Wee Man reads the Valentine's in the hotel room and the audio track of 4 grown men doing the Dom Deluise laugh for 3 straight minutes.

Tweet Joe Self

That's pretty much it.

Daniel Hood

The 'cross' tatto on Pontius is from a company that makes skateboard parts called "Independent" and that is their logo.

Voss451

The "film" is streaming on Paramount Plus.

mark mastrogiovanni

This movie really does have a fucking awesome soundtrack.

Michael Daniels

Butter bean knocked out Burt gun at wrestlemania.

Mark D Myers

I'm pretty sure when I saw this it was the drunkest I've ever been in a theater.

Scott Plackemeier

Being in the military these or Bam was usually playing in the lounge. I remember going to the theater to see Jackass 3D and walking into the theater to chaos and an usher screaming at the crowd and threatening to kick everyone out. I saw a few eps of Wild Boys and only remember the gorilla episode where they dressed in banana costumes and danced around them. They also got cornered by the alpha male who charged at them, Would back off and do it again. It was pretty intense. Was trying to find it online, but couldn't

Darryl Bowen

Please do Haggard, either as a commentary or a review. It has bad student movie energy, but it's a good CKY/Jackass movie

javis88h

Man, that took me back. I'd definitely be down for more Jackass, that one flew by.

Amy Carroll

I loved this, hope they do more of the Jackass movies.

Ben Kelly

Edit: I found it on Microsoft. You do need either to stream it on your phone or a PC though

Ray

Anyone know where to find the unrated version?

Ray

You can thank Evel Knievel for the reason a lot of daredevils/stuntmen wear some variation of stars n bars, I'd think.

Dustin Nipps

Having never seen a moment of Jackass before, I was fine with the version on Paramount+ (4 minutes shorter though it may be). I could tell by the commentary which scenes were longer and just paused my playback. This was insanity. I am glad I experienced it, but I don't think I will need to see it again.

Leesha Olivier

Guys. Please do commentaries that i can sync to a streaming device, no unrated version easily accessible. I applaud you for holding onto the 2005 dvd, but make it easier on us, check the streaming accessibility please.

David Strecker

I'm watching it on the regular version and it's not too bad in terms of synching. Certain scenes are a little longer or shorter but since there's no real narrative to the movie it's an easy enough listen

Michael Daniels

ALTHOUGH Amazon does sell the 7-movie unrated collection for $10, which isn't a bad deal at all

Andrew Rauf

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/jackass-the-movie-unrated/8d6kgwzkhnh2?activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab This is the only site to my knowledge that is streaming it. Unfortunately you have to have either an xbox or any windows OS above 7. If you don't have any of that like myself, I guess we're fucked

Andrew Rauf

I was curious about the unrated version also, because it looks like Amazon and Paramount+ only have the R-rated cut, which is about 4 minutes shorter.

Busiris

Is there any place streaming the unrated version? I don't think I have the DVD anymore

Bill Williams

I got to see a Steve-O..."show" in Arizona back in like 2005. Some naked guy got his dick kicked like five times by five different women, Steve-O broke a light bulb on his face and gouged his tongue with it, another guy chugged an entire bottle of Cuervo (my friends and I saw him later being loaded into the back of an ambulance in the throes of alcohol poisoning), and skanky ASU girls were throwing panties and bras everywhere. It was an event.

Michael Daniels

I watched so many hours of jackass and even viva la bam, thanks cable programming.

Ray

The halcyon days of the early 2000s when you were 14 and Tom Green, Jackass, CKY phone calls, and All Your Base were the pinnacle of humor.

Harvey R

What a bunch of jackasses (talking about the stars of the movie not the commentators).
