Wow, I need to review my Star Wars shit. Had no idea that was Boba Fett at the end until you guys talked about it.

This is the way.

Amazing, now get me in Season 3!! — Eric

Very true. "Native Tatooinians" is probably the safest option we have right now.

I am completely fine with the Mando Half-Hour running 2 or 3 times that long.

Damn it guys...I had to look it up...you may be right. 16 December (Episode IX release) As of February 2020, the first documented COVID-19 hospital admissions were dated to 16 December 2019. Help us Din Djarin, you’re our only hope.

Glad to have the Half Hour back! --- Wouldn't Sand People be a more appropriate name for the desert people? They got the name Tusken Raiders after they raided and destroyed Fort Tusken. (pardon the rough analogy) It is kind of like if Mexicans started being called Alamo Raiders.

Jake Kroker

Knights of the old republic is amazing. One of the best stories outside of the original movie. There’s an iOS version that is relatively cheap. Seriously best Star Wars game no lie

Attack of the Clones is unwatchable

I don't know if this is interesting enough for a mailbag so I'll just put it here. I was a background actor for an episode this season. When you wonder if something is a nod to the comics or EU, I'm inclined to think you're right after seeing John Favreau direct. He's clearly a huge nerd and enjoys making this show. My favorite moment was when we were filming a scene, and the crew decided the background needed something extra. The ADs were looking around when Mr. Favreau noticed one of the BG aliens (can't say which one until the episode airs) looked him up and down, stood there for a beat, and just said, "Yes. That's very Star Wars," and took the guy with him. Directors, in my experience, don't usually get so involved with the background, but he and *almost* everyone on set was super into making this thing the best it could be. He was also friendly and would always greet the background actors whenever he passed us in the hallway of the production office. P.S. I was also the EX-Borg in Picard you asked to write to the mailbag a few months ago. I didn't because the only story I had from that show was when I accidentally broke off a small piece of the Borg Cube, which is now in my apartment, or when they ripped off my fake Borg eye because OSHA rules meant that I needed both eyes before I could work the spark-making thing. Meh. Anyway, thanks for the laughs! I'm sure I'll have more tales from the background someday

the courscant cop show wouldn't go over that well, not a great time for cop shows. Knights of the old republic!! shame on you for not bowing on the groud bioware game developer walks on

Gore/Koresh was definitely one of the weirder presidential tickets of the 90s.

I am with Cabin, TROSW sucks the most. I liked the prequels the first time I watched them. I hated TROSW from the first seconds I watched that fucking movie.

Paul

My letter grade for this Mandalorian episode is “A”.

As someone with a very basic knowledge of Star Wars, there was more than one occasion in this episode where I went "oh, I know that thing's deal, I learned that from WHM." My $8 a month is payin' off!

Yes! It was in my notes that it was a podracer engine but got distracted! —Eric

We Hate Movies

Did you guys notice something cool about Timothy Olyphant's speeder? As much as we want to forget The Phantom Menace, it looked like it was part of Anakin's old podracer!

Breadtop

I've been telling friends who don't like anything after the prequels (or even didn't like the prequels) to go to YT & watch KOTOR (the cutscenes are collected together), because it qualifies as a fantastic addition to the Star Wars franchise. Some nerds read the SW books, and many nerds survived the 80's-90's drought with SW video games. KOTOR was made with more depth, emotional connection, and wit than any of the Disney-era movies. And hey, go figure, it deals with the aftermath of the Mandalorian War.

Cray Z

I would love it if that last shot is all we ever see of Boba Fett for the rest of the series

Barry Jenkins of "Moonlight" is directing the sequel to 2019's "The Lion King".
