First up on TOS, it's Spock having daddy issues in "Journey to Babel"! Originally airing November 17th, 1967, this episode features the debut of Spock's parents, Sarek and Amanda; Bones acknowledging he's incredibly unqualified for surgery; Spock wanting to take experimental medicine; golden little people; aggressive pig people; and Smurf-looking alien imposters!
Then over on TNG, it's Riker's turn to whine about Dad on "The Icarus Factor"! Originally airing back on April 22nd, 1989, this episode features Riker's dad having been attached to Pulaski, Wesley being a meddling turd, Geordi getting peeved at Starfleet brass, Worf yelling at everyone, Riker's dad being named Kyle, the Riker boys auditioning for American Gladiators, Worf being tortured and loving it, masochistic holodeck programs, Kyle Riker being the Norm Peterson of Ten Forward, and Picard barely doing anything the whole time!

During the wedding scene Picard talks about how Will and Troi will be leaving for him to take over the Titan. And I think there's even a book series set after Nemesis about the adventures of Captain Riker on that ship. Sincerely, Paul W. Reddit
