Am I suggesting it was caused by a hitherto unknown alien predator bent on jungle massacres and body-builder decimation? That I blame it on outer, spaaace? lol I'm blind and just obtained a version of Predator with an audio-descriptive track. I can't wait to watch it along with the commentary for maximum laughter!

2020-01-04 20:02:58 +0000 UTCWoke up this New Year day hung over and the family all still snug and asleep(I’m officially old and can no longer sleep late, even after a late night of drinking it seems). Got the dogs out, made a snack and a cup of coffee, loaded up the Blu-ray and settled in to watch me some Predator. Then my 4 year old woke up :(. Is 4 to young to learn “If it bleeds we can kill it”? Do the boys mention any Predator clitoris in the commentary? Oh well guess I’m listening and watching this later tonight :)

2020-01-01 15:58:32 +0000 UTCJust checked out IMDB, and per the trivia - "The 'B' camera was given a reel of incorrect film stock, which is why some shots look a lot grainier than others." If it's in the Tribune it's gotta be true!

2020-01-01 08:45:45 +0000 UTCRe: Andrew getting pissed about terrible looking shots on the blu-ray. I don't know what the deal is, but I've seen this in the theater, VHS, DVD, blu-ray & cable. And those same shots are are always garbage. No idea why, but I think there's a bigger issue than just the blu-ray version not being remastered.
