It was like the first time I heard whatever popular song; gangsters paradise, the thong song, reading rainbow, whatever, and just wanted to play it over and over, and hate myself for it. I hate that I love it. You think Yoda had sex, or it was a stand in the corner and masturbate on the egg situation?

2019-11-25 23:09:57 +0000 UTCThat salute felt out of place. It would’ve been savage if Mando gave that salute the middle finger. Regardless of that, “The Mandalorian” is great. The economical use of time in each episode is what makes it superior to shows like “Daredevil” and “Stranger Things” (I’m looking at you Netflux). There are no filler scenes in each episode so far.

2019-11-25 10:57:48 +0000 UTCI finally cracked and went up a tier to listen to more Mando hot takes, really liking the audio show. To be a SW nerd, the Mandalorian skull motif on Boba Fett and the metal skull above the forge doorway is a mythosaur skull (not a bantha skull).

The salute was a reference to The Rocketeer, which is a tribute to Commando Cody and the Radar Men from the Moon, which is where the goofy Episode titles come from, as well as obviously The Commander Cody character in AOTC. My son has already been talking about how he wants to be Mando for Halloween next year and if I’m already making him some Mandalorian armor I might make an XXL set for myself in blue :)
