Animation Damnation - Pokémon (Yet Again!)

Originally airing (maybe) October 9th, 1999, the episode is a gritty, L.A.-set story about Meowth and his days being exploited by the hardscrabble City of Angels. Did this cat monster turn tricks? Maybe! Marvel as the gang tries to make heads or tails of what-EVER in the world is going on here—including a lengthy intro where the guys talk about their anticipation (or hesitation) for the new film, Detective Pikachu!

While the story's cliche (and if you played the 3DS game, you already know the basic story), it's a fun romp into the land of Pokemon, and the pokemon looked great! It was a little weird at first hearing RR's voice come out of Pikachu, but you grow to like it...and Pikachu looked so damn cute.

I don’t believe in bullying, but if you’re in your 20’s and you go to this movie sober, you deserve it.
