First up on TOS, the episode in question is "Shore Leave"! Originally airing back on December 29th, 1966, this episode features horrendous "Alice in Wonderland" references, Kirk getting a sexy massage, and talk of Sulu's weird pistol collection!
Then over on TNG, it's "Too Short a Season." Originally airing February 6th, 1988, this episode shows us some of the most ridiculous age makeup in franchise history, a script where the name "CARN-ASS" is used scores of times, and even a classic TNG trope with the inclusion of a crooked admiral!
