Animation Damnation - Archie's Weird Mysteries

As it's December and the holidays are upon us, the episode in question is titled, "The Christmas Phantom," but make no mistake, it definitely first aired on February 8th, 2000!
This cartoon raises some serious questions like: Why wouldn't Veronica's dad confirm with the new guy that he thinks the subject of his "department store fire" story definitely burned alive in the inferno? How is Archie financially capable of buying everyone in school—Weatherbee included—a Christmas present? And why does Archie give a toast at Mr. Lodge's Christmas party every year? PLUS: Who the fuck is Reggie?
