Then across time and space to TNG where the gang goes VR in the holodeck-centric episode, "The Big Goodbye!" Originally airing January 9th, 1988, this episode has Picard pretending to be a P.I. on the holodeck, bug people demanding respect, and Lawrence Tierney moving too far away from the wi-fi!
PLUS: Picard makes coke in the replicator!

A kids show that makes multiple Charles Manson references in season 2. Making a fake world like that reminds me of Jim Henson's The Cube.
