Weekly Update (December 20th)

It's update time once more. Let's get into it!

This Week

It's nearly Christmas! I'm supposed to be taking it easy and relaxing, but I've still ended having to do a little bit of last minute work. 🫠

That aside, I decided to take a small break from the re-do of Tifa, since she has a lot of outfits I want to port, it will take a bit of time. So for a little break I decided to re-make Shadowheart.

I never used my original model because I thought something looked 'off', about it. Turns out it was due to an issue with my Daz install applying unwanted morphs to all loaded models. I've fixed that, as you might have guessed from the Ada model, so decided to do a better job with her.

Used the materials from the previous version as a base and did a bit of tweaking. She has her standard armor too.

There is clipping there, the original Daz model hides the body parts to avoid that. I will probably do the Blender version of that (masks). 

Nude too, of course.

I will go back to Tifa, I promise. I love that character far too much to not do my own version.

I just needed a little break since I spent quite a bit of time working through my first version to only have to throw it away due to not being able to repair the issues. Even though I did learn a lot it still hurt a little.

Anyway. I've been working on that. I've honestly been hitting a bit of creative block with something to make for a render tomorrow. I will try to think of something. I don't want it to be Christmas related though since I feel like it will be a nice break from the barrage of holiday related renders.

Maybe something with Ashley (RE4) just because.

Christmas Schedule

For my Christmas Schedule. I do want to take a proper break from everything for a bit, so I will be posting the usual 'free' render on Christmas Eve (24th). The full 4K version will be released straight away on Twitter as a special Christmas preset, but no watermark will still be exclusive to here on Patreon.

I will then be taking a break and the next release will be on December 31st.
