Tifa - New Animation
Added 2021-10-10 20:25:42 +0000 UTCA quick post today. I started making this animation to test out if Cycles X would be fast enough to render animations instead of EEVEE.
On Friday we received the first results from my Father's health tests and so far it isn't good news so work basically stopped while I help organise things so he can go into hospital for a final test to confirm.
I got the animation into something I can post, but I won't be releasing this publicly on Twitter because I am really not happy with it. I figured best to show something to you guys though instead of just deleting it. There is no sound on this one.
It was rendered with Cycles X in a reasonable amount of time which is good news for animations in the future. It should also be even faster if Blender can get the persistence working so it does not have to recalculate between frames.
Like I said, I personally thinks it looks terrible, but I hope someone can enjoy it.
I will upload the Blends for September tomorrow and get those up for everyone, and I hope to work on renders throughout the week. Now that everything for my father is organised we just have to wait until he goes in on Friday, so I will make sure to get something ready and scheduled for then.
