Naked in Motion
2024-12-11 22:01:06 +0000 UTCMy first Naked in Motion class, the all-levels, and found this to be an excellent, approachable routine. Alyssa queued magnificently through the warm up, a few Sun A’s, and the approachable Flow set, finishing gracefully and with mindfulness. Question: in the Weekly classes, do all the participants get to see the others, for a sense of community, I wonder?
