Livestream moving to Saturday - I am SO WIPED!

I just got back from a super stressful and fast-paced trip to Portland to tour studios there and since it was last-minute I didn't set aside time to rest afterward and I am so totally exhausted. I cannot teach a healthy class today. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience. Remember it'll be available for a month, though, so you'll have plenty of time to work on it.
We're going to do the Intermediate class on Saturday at 10:30am Pacific time.
I'll send out a video update with more deets.
