OMG I am so sorry! Today Alyssa happened to be unavailable so in those rare instances she pre-records the class and I set it up and play it for you live during the class. I totally did not do this! Instead, I took a very long nap and just woke up and realized this.
I am going to re-do the links so that the class plays tomorrow (Friday) at 8am PST. I won't take it down until Tuesday. I will make a new post that will come out after this with the sign up information for the new class tomorrow.
Had a great class (and very full) in Boston last night! I guess it wiped me out! :-P
Will see if I can get out a video update tomorrow before my next three classes.
