Live-Stream Schedule for JUNE

Hi Patrons!

I just posted info about our new tiers, so check that out and adjust your pledge accordingly to get access to Alyssa's new Live-Stream Yoga classes!

Here's the whole Live-Stream schedule this month! Please note that all times will be posted in Pacific Time, so adjust accordingly. They are subject to change in case of illness, holiday, or emergency.

All classes are available to the $60 tier and above, except the All Levels Vinyasa, which is available to the $20 pledge and above.

Classes are every Thursday with Alyssa! If you can’t make the live class, you will be able to access the recording and take the class ONLY through the rest of the week, as THEY WILL EXPIRE EVERY MONDAY MORNING. Also, the teacher will be the only one on camera! This isn't like a Zoom meeting :)

NEW: You can now access the streams directly from Patreon! Class links will be posted every Thursday morning at 9AM Pacific, so log into Patreon and take class from there without a separate link and password! For help signing up for classes with the new Crowdcast integration, see this page.

Thursday, June 1: Naked! Beginner Yoga Live-Stream - 75 minutes

• catered to Beginners and Absolute Beginners! We’ll teach and review the basics and show lots of options for making the poses comfortable for you.

Thursday, June 8: Naked! Restorative Yoga Live-Stream - 60 minutes

• A gentle restorative class focused on soothing the mind and calming the nervous system. Stretches will be held for longer than usual, and we recommend lots of props to assist with these poses.

Thursday, June 15: Naked! All Levels Vinyasa Live-Stream - 60 minutes

• (available to $20 tier and above)
• Open class welcoming all levels of experience. Come as you are, and follow the cues for different options to make the postures work for you.

Thursday, June 22: Naked! Intermediate Flow Live-Stream - 30 minutes

• Short class catered to those with more yoga experience. We’ll flow more continuously and teach fewer options than an open-level class. But anyone can take the class! Feel free to go at your own pace and skip anything you like (as usual).

(EXTRA CLASS) Thursday, June 29: Naked! Chair Yoga Live-Stream - 45 minutes

• A gentle meditative practice great for beginners, less flexible folks, those recovering from injuries, and, well...everybody! We will move slowly through a series of seated stretches to help you get in touch with your body and mind. Have a chair in which you can sit upright with your feet on the ground.
